Crush a 6 washed basil leaves and crush a small (1 inch) piece of ginger. And add 1spoon honey. Mix well and take 1 spoon daily in the morning with warm milk or Luke warm water. And do yoga ustrasana, bhujangasana, chakrasana, supt vajrasana, nadi shodhana pranayama, Bhastrikapranayama. Do 20 rounds each pranayama and 10 minutes shavasana.
